So you’d like to know what the “Help Me!” plan is all about? Why surely!
First of all, the method is simple:
You hire me for a month, 3 months, on up to a year. You pick how many tasks you want a month (3, 10, or unlimited). You get a link to a nice little “Help Me!” portal and you can submit tickets for any task that is less than 30 minutes and on the following platforms:

What if my task is longer than 30 minutes?
I will email you back a quote. Take it or leave it! No, 30 minute tasks cannot be combined into one longer task because the longer tasks require more complicated actions, plus we’ll need to be on the phone, use an invoice, etc. etc. It’s an entirely separate process.
Can I submit more than one task at a time?
No. Please only submit one task at a time. As soon as it’s complete, feel free to submit another one!
Is it really unlimited?
Within reason…please!
Can I submit a ticket for training?
Yes! You will receive a written email by me explaining how to do what you are asking {sorry I can’t do personalized YouTube videos on the 30 minute task plan}
What if I want my money back?
I guarantee you’ll be satisfied, but if you’re not – you’ll get your money back, no questions asked.
